I would have prefered another way such that I could have shorter and longer lines, but I think I might be able to manage with your suggestion also.

You see those small triangles when writing a node? Before hitting "enter" take your mouse and click on those triangles, then slide to the left and you will get your line-breaks. I needed a while to find that out myself...

just recently I have begun using XMind and I really like that program.
Today I have stumbled upon a major issue: I can't find out how to put a line break into a node (or whatever the english word for "Knoten" is).
Can anybody please help...
