I just bought a Pro3 2 year subscription but the subscription code hasn't been sent
I bought a Pro3 2 year subscription a couple or hours ago but the subscription code hasn't been sent to me despite the receipt stating that it should be mailed to me. In addition, every few minuets XMind tells me that XMind must be shut down because my XMind ID is invalid and that I need to log in with another XMind ID or close the program. Does it need the subscription code?
I now am unable to run the software after shutting my machine down for the night. Please see the second for the message I get after hitting START --> ALL PROGRAMS --> XMIND.
